(Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)Provides matrixed analytical support to all portfolio programs, including business case analyses, project planning, business process reengineering (BPR), data analysis of IT performance metrics, and ability to present and defend findings and recommendations.Requires knowledge of common portfolio tools such as MS Power Business Intelligence, the EFM Portfolio’s Task Management and tracking system, the PEO Task Tracker, DLA Task Management Took (TMT), DLA SharePoint, and EFM’s Workspaces in ServiceNow including Program, Project, Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), IT Service Management (ITSM), and Routing Assignment Visualization for Enterprise Needs (RAVEN).RequirementsMust possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC).
