About KindgeekKindgeek is looking for a relationship-focused professional who knows how to build trust and lasting connections with clients.Your mission will be to turn new leads into long-term relationships and continuously improve our client engagement process.RESPONSIBILITIESHandling the proposal process — from initial discovery calls to preparing and presenting proposals to prospects;Nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities;Maintaining accurate records and sales pipeline management within the CRM system (preferably HubSpot);Tracking key performance metrics and providing insights to improve conversion rates and engagement strategies;Collaborating with the marketing and delivery teams to align sales efforts with company goals;Managing and optimizing company profiles on marketplaces (eg Clutch, DesignRush) to increase visibility and attract qualified leads.REQUIREMENTS We're looking for a Sales/Engagement Manager who has:1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client engagement within the IT domain;Understanding of sales and business development processes, from lead generation to deal closure;Experience preparing and managing proposals (RFPs, estimates, presentations);Hands-on experience working with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot);Experience in managing and optimizing company profiles on marketplaces (Clutch, DesignRush, etc.);Strong analytical and presentation skills;Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (excellent verbal and written communication);Proactive, self-driven attitude with a focus on results and continuous improvement;Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and partners;Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.Will be a plus:Experience working in the fintech domain;Experience with AI tools and process automation (eg integrating AI into sales workflows).WHAT WILL YOU GET WITH KINDGEEKProfessional growth: at Kindgeek, we want our employees to grow and achieve ambitious professional goals.
