This role administers the survey platform(s) used to collect that data, analyzes trends across outcomes and experience measures, and connects those findings to provider network performance to drive improvements in service quality. Working closely with the clinical research team and leadership, this role exercises discretion and independent judgment in translating clinical and operational objectives into actionable insights, identifying trends and opportunities, and recommending improvements that influence clinical quality, service delivery, and ComPsych's demonstrated value to customers.Primary ResponsibilitiesAdminister ongoing collection of clinical outcomes and client experience data across ComPsych's domestic and global service lines, including international intake centers and global partnersBuild and maintain the survey platform(s) used to field outcomes and experience surveys, including survey construction, routing logic, and data integrityIdentify, gather, and consolidate data from multiple, disconnected sources (e.g., client surveys, digital assessments, live intake assessment metrics) into a unified reporting structureDefine and build calculation methodologies for clinical outcome and experience measures (e.g., PHQ-9, GAD-7, WOS, WAI, and Functioning for outcomes; CSAT and NPS for experience)Design and develop scorecards and reporting frameworks to track clinical outcomes and client experience, where none currently existOwn and maintain a standard suite of recurring outcomes and experience reports for clinical and operations leadershipAnalyze trends, anomalies, and insights across outcomes and experience measures to inform service delivery, customer-facing impact reports, and strategic research questions related to behavioral health trends, service outcomes, or product developmentCombine outcomes and experience data with provider network data (e.g., responsiveness, session patterns, assignment success rates, quality audits) to identify performance gaps and drive improvements in external network qualityCollaborate with the clinical research team on ad hoc research projects, white papers, and thought leadership initiativesSupport the leadership team in driving continuous improvement of clinical workflows and programs, and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency and clinical innovation using internal and industry benchmarksPerform other duties and responsibilities as assignedJob QualificationsBachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in statistics, public health, psychology, data science, or a related field5+ years of experience in research, analytics, or data-driven quality improvement, preferably in a clinical, behavioral health, or healthcare environmentStrong knowledge of statistical methods and data interpretation in applied research settingsProficiency with Microsoft Office and Power BI required; experience with SPSS or similar analytics platforms is a plusExperience with survey platforms such as Alchemer or LimeSurvey, including survey build, logic/routing, and data exportDemonstrated ownership of deliverables from data collection through final reporting, including proactive communication of timelines, risks, or data limitations to stakeholdersHigh attention to detail and accuracy in data handling, analysis, and reportingAbility to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teamsAbility to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights for clinical and non-clinical stakeholdersStrong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsOther RequirementsConsistent and reliable high-speed internet and workspace free from distraction, disruption, or noise is requiredAbility to be present on camera during work-related trainings, meetings, and/or eventsMust be able to sit or stand at a desk for prolonged periods while working on a computerCompensation and BenefitsFull benefits package, including Paid Time Off (PTO), medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, robust EAP, wellness program, and much moreThe salary range for this position is $75,000 - $80,000 USD. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, and scheduled hours.
