We're hiring a senior Salesforce Consultant for a US Salesforce consultancy. You'll lead Salesforce delivery for US-based clients while staying hands-on, working remotely from the US on Eastern time.
What you'll do
- Lead small and mid-sized Salesforce implementations end to end, from kickoff to launch and post-go-live support, and act as workstream lead on larger programs.
- Be the main contact for your accounts, with timely, clear communication on progress, risks and decisions.
- Run sprint planning, backlog refinement and status calls in Jira, and keep scope, budget and hours aligned with the SOW.
- Turn business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and specs.
- Configure Salesforce at the admin level (Flows, OmniScripts, custom fields, Lightning pages).
- Plan and run testing and UAT, and execute data migrations with Data Loader.
- Use AI assistants such as Claude across requirements, documentation, solution design and testing.
What you need
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce configuration experience.
- Proven end-to-end project management: timelines, scope and client communication.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum, plus experience with Jira and data loading.
- Direct client experience, including leading meetings and presenting to stakeholders.
- Based in the United States and able to work Eastern time.

- Agentforce, Health Cloud, OmniStudio, Field Service or Marketing Cloud Growth.
- Client-facing consulting at a Salesforce partner.
- Projects in healthcare, life sciences or other regulated industries (HIPAA).
- Certifications: Platform App Builder, Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Consultant, CSM, PMP or CAPM.
Contract: full-time, 100% remote within the US. USD 6,000-7,000/month.
