WHO I AM LOOKING FOR A remote sales representative who calls (mainly), texts, emails, and DMs our warm leads that we generate through Facebook and IG Ads. I am looking for a closer who can overcome rebuttals, be EXTREMELY coachable, and be able to grow within the company by using our SOPs and performing well. We sell Social Media/Digital Marketing Services to business owners in US, Canadian, UK, and Australian small business owners. I need an agent to be able to make 130 dials on a daily basis (along with other KPIs), always hit monthly sales quotas, and lastly be reliable. MUST HAVE Fluent conversational English, C1 or higher, with a neutral accent that US, UK, CA, & AUS small business owners understand easily over the phone At least 1 year of outbound phone sales to B2B or small business services Proven live objection handling on price, timing, and "I need to think about it" CRM experience Reliable fiber internet, quiet dedicated workspace, USB headset, personal computer, and a backup plan for power and internet outages NICE TO HAVE Experience selling marketing, advertising, web design, or SaaS GoHighLevel experience GROWTH PATH Top reps move into client onboarding and account upgrades, which carries a higher base and a larger commission pool. I am building that team next and I promote from within ONLY. LOCATION AND HOURS Must work US business hours, 9am to 6pm Arizona time, Monday through Friday.
