Reporting & Communication: - Submit a weekly pipeline report to the HR Director detailing candidates sourced, screened, scheduled, and hired. - Communicate pipeline gaps, sourcing challenges, or scheduling barriers to the HR Director proactively. - Maintain consistent, professional communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. - Collaborate with the Intake and Coordination teams to align recruitment activity with operational staffing needs.
