Fluent is seeking an Account Manager to join our growing account management team. In this role, you will use your performance marketing expertise, analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills, to provide superior client service, research, and market analysis. If you're a self-motivated, results-driven marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to turn data into client wins, this is the role where you'll thrive.What You'll Do:Rapidly gain a thorough understanding of Fluent’s inventory offerings, reporting analysis, competitive advantages, resources, and processes and articulate them persuasively to new and existing clientsManage large book of business, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing advertisers, to successfully meet and exceed client performance expectations and ensure long-term successMonitor client budgets, with a focus on increasing marketing budgets or spends / Prepare and present formal business reviews to top clientsServe as lead for all communication with client, including onboarding, performance feedback, creative changes, pacing reports, performance reports, client meetings, campaign recommendations, comprehensive strategy to enable revenue growth, etc.In partnership with Account Director, identify, create, and implement solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our clients. Serve as external product consultant educating clients and agencies on ad solutions and best practices, and ultimately grow business partnershipsUnderstand client’s key performance indicators, and clearly communicate these metrics internally for optimizationProactively introduce new revenue driving opportunitiesManage the onboarding process for the product - flow of campaign builds with sales, creative design with media team, and tracking requirements with Ops teamWork closely with teams internally to provide continued feedback and analysis, optimization suggestions and recommendationsFormulate plans to extend new business, and additional channel distribution with established accountsResponsible for overseeing monthly billable numbers to finance for invoicingRequirements3-5 years of relevant experience managing a book of business within digital performance marketingExperience in the digital performance spaceExtremely organized and meticulous, as you will manage many campaigns simultaneouslyExceptional communicatorAttentive to client budgets, spend targets, conscientious of revenue pacing, experienced in exercising sales skillsExcellent math/analytical skillsHigh proficiency in Excel, ability to use functions to analyze complex data setsProficiency in utilizing industry tracking softwareExcellent writing skillsSelf-motivated/ self – starter mentalityManagement experience preferredAbout UsFluent, Inc.
