## Remote Appointment Setter / Sales Rep – High Commission **Remote – Latin America | Part-Time or Full-Time** Are you good on the phone, confident in sales, and motivated by making money? We are looking for **experienced Appointment Setters / Sales Representatives** to join our remote team. This is a **100% commission-based position with strong earning potential**. There is no base salary. Your income depends on your performance, and strong appointment setters can earn **up to $2,000+ USD per month**. ### What You’ll Do * Call and follow up with leads using our dialer * Have real conversations with potential customers * Handle objections confidently * Qualify prospects * Book appointments for our sales team * Follow up with leads who are not ready yet * Keep your activity organized in our CRM ### What We’re Looking For * Previous experience in **sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or customer service** * Good communication and sales skills * **Conversational English required** * Comfortable speaking on the phone for several hours * Able to handle objections and think during a conversation * Reliable computer and internet connection * Motivated, competitive, and performance-driven * Comfortable working on commission ### Schedule We accept both **Part-Time and Full-Time** applicants. **Part-Time:** Minimum 5 hours per day **Full-Time:** Available for candidates who want to maximize their earning potential. The more consistent you are, the more opportunities you have to earn. ### Compensation **100% Commission-Based** * No earning cap * Paid based on performance * High commission structure * Strong performers can earn **$1,000–$2,000+ USD per month** * Opportunity to grow with the company There is **no base salary**.
