Requirements and responsibilities

At HR Path, we are looking for a Workday Consultant to join our team and support implementation and client projects across LATAM. This is a 100% remote role, ideally based in Mexico, but we are open to candidates across Latin America. Responsibilities: - Provide Workday consulting and implementation services. - Support configuration and optimization of Workday modules. - Provide support services to end users. - Collaborate with clients and internal teams across different levels. - Manage support requests through Jira or similar ticketing systems. - Participate in implementation projects and methodologies. Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience as a Workday consultant (implementation or support). - Experience configuring at least two Workday modules. - Workday certifications in modules such as HCM, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Learning, Benefits, Talent / Performance, Compensation / Advanced Compensation, and Absence Management. - Fluent English. - Experience working with LATAM operations. - Experience with ticketing tools (Jira or similar).
