As we expand our presence into the United Kingdom and Europe, we are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Software Project Manager to lead high-impact client initiatives with strategic partners in the financial and regulatory markets. If you are a proactive communicator who thrives in coordinating cross-functional teams in distributed, remote environments, this role is for you.What You’ll DoManage multiple concurrent software development projects for key clients in the UK and Europe, from initiation to completionDevelop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedulesFacilitate clear communication between client teams, engineering, and other stakeholdersProactively identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers—taking action to mitigate them earlyRegularly update our project management system (Linear) and escalate critical blockers or risks to keep projects on trackOrganize and run agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog groomingTrack and communicate project progress, KPIs, and milestones to leadership and other stakeholdersFoster seamless collaboration among remote teams across different time zonesAdvocate for and implement best practices in software development and agile project managementWho You AreA confident, detail-oriented project manager who excels in technical consulting environmentsSkilled at translating between technical and non-technical audiences while ensuring alignment and timely delivery, even in complex, fast-paced environmentsWhat You BringExperience managing projects in the financial, regulatory, fintech, blockchain, AI/ML, SaaS, data science, or open-source domainsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience5+ years managing technical software projects within agile frameworks, ideally in a consulting contextStrong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies such as Scrum and KanbanExperience with project management tools like Linear is a plusDemonstrated ability to lead fully remote, distributed teams and coordinate work across time zonesOutstanding communication, organization, relationship-building, and influencing skillsTechnical literacy and a proven track record of collaborating closely with engineering teams, particularly those focused on blockchain solutions for financial institutionsJoin us as we expand and deliver innovative solutions for the next generation of financial and regulatory institutions across the UK and Europe.
