Company: Nexplay ConsultingOverview:We are seeking a Security Operations Assistant to support our Security Lead in managing compliance, security operations, and client-facing initiatives across our hospitality MSP portfolio. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of PCI-DSS standards and experience in hospitality IT environments.Key Responsibilities:Assist in maintaining and enforcing PCI-DSS compliance across client environmentsHelp develop and document security templates, policies, SOPs, and audit artifactsSupport creation of standardized security forms, checklists, and processesCoordinate with internal teams (L2/L3, Engineering) to ensure compliance alignmentAssist in preparing for audits and collecting required documentation/evidenceMonitor and track security-related tasks, requests, and remediation effortsContribute to continuous improvement of security protocols and proceduresRequirements:Working knowledge of PCI-DSS standards and compliance requirementsExperience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP), preferably supporting hospitality clientsFamiliarity with endpoint security tools (e.g., CrowdStrike) and M365 / Entra environmentsStrong documentation and process-building skillsAbility to translate technical requirements into clear, usable proceduresBasic understanding of Conditional Access, MFA, and identity/security controlsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsNice to Have:Experience with audit preparation or compliance reportingFamiliarity with IT Glue, Datto RMM, or Kaseya stackWhy Join Nexplay:Work with a fast-growing MSP focused on hospitalityHands-on exposure to real-world compliance and security operationsOpportunity to help shape scalable security processes across multiple clients
