Job Title: Junior Accountant & Operations Associate Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 / month (based on knowledge, skills, and experience) Experience Level: Entry Level to 2 Years (Motivated Freshers welcome) About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented, autonomous Junior Accountant & Operations Associate to take ownership of day-to-day accounting, tax filings, and administrative workflows across our entities in India, Singapore, and Hong Kong. This role is ideal for someone who learns quickly, works independently with minimal supervision, and actively uses modern AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Claude, and productivity automations) to complete tasks accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Bookkeeping & Accounting: Maintain day-to-day ledgers, bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and assist with month-end closes across India, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Taxation & Compliance: Handle statutory compliance in India (GST, TDS calculations, and filings) and assist with basic compliance documentation for our international entities. Operations & Admin: Coordinate vendor payments, organize invoices, handle cross-entity documentation, and assist with general administrative operations. Process Optimization: Use modern software and AI tools to accelerate routine bookkeeping, clean transaction data, and streamline workflows. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Solid grasp of core debit/credit rules, bank reconciliations, and Indian tax basics (GST and TDS). High ownership mindset—able to research, troubleshoot, and solve problems independently. Good written and verbal English communication skills. Practical comfort using AI tools to speed up research, drafting, and data tasks.
