We are expanding our mobile user base worldwide and seeking an App User Growth Specialist to drive downloads, conversions, and retention through ASO, paid acquisition, and precision channel operations.Role OverviewWe are looking for an App User Growth Specialist to own key growth metrics including new sign-ups and depositing users via app channels. You will execute ASO strategies, manage in-app paid campaigns, run targeted user engagement activities, and continuously optimize performance based on competitor insights and store algorithm updates.Requirements1–3 years of hands-on APP operations experience with proven success in ASO and paid app install campaigns.Deep understanding of App Store and Google Play ranking algorithms, keyword optimization, and rating improvement tactics.Demonstrated track record of driving user growth through organic and paid app channels.Familiarity with internet finance or blockchain/crypto industry.Fluent in at least two languages among Chinese, English, and Korean.Strong data analysis skills and ability to produce actionable competitor research reports.PreferredExperience running channel-specific promotions, user recall campaigns, or lifecycle marketing for fintech/crypto apps.Knowledge of mobile attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust) and UA analytics platforms.Background in crypto exchange app growth or digital asset trading products.Experience optimizing conversion funnels from app install to deposit/first trade.Understanding of compliance considerations for financial app advertising in key markets.
