We combine deep industry expertise with modern tools to deliver best-in-class financial operations for our clients.What You'll DoOwn the full accounting cycle for hotel/hospitality clients — from transaction coding to financial statement closePrepare and review monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet) in accordance with US GAAPManage AP/AR, bank and GL reconciliations, and month-end close processesPartner with hotel operations and ownership teams to provide accurate, timely financial insightsSupport audits, budgeting, and forecasting as neededWhat We're Looking For3+ years of accounting experience within the hotel/hospitality industry (required)Proven full-cycle accounting experience — AP, AR, GL, reconciliations, and month-end close (required)Strong working knowledge of US GAAPExperience with hotel PMS or accounting systems (e.g., M3, Yardi, QuickBooks) is a plusFluent English (written and spoken)Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and comfortable working with US-based clients remotelyWhy Join Howard Financial100% remoteWork with a fast-growing, tech-forward finance teamDirect exposure to US hospitality clientsRoom to grow into senior and leadership roles
