Come, change the world with us:Build the coolest tech for world’s leading brandsSolve complex problems - and learn new skillsExperience the power of transforming digital engineering for Fortune 500 clientsMaster your craft with leading training programs and hands-on experienceAbout the Role:We are seeking a Clinical Terminologist Lead to join a specialized team of medical Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) dedicated to validating, refining, and improving a groundbreaking AI product in the healthcare domain.This is a hybrid role: roughly half hands-on clinical documentation review, and half project coordination and delivery leadership.will split your time betweenEvaluating AI-generated medical notes for clinical accuracy, proper terminology, and adherence to healthcare standards.Serving as the primary point of contact for the delivery of work across the clinical team - coordinating timelines, tracking progress, and acting as the liaison between clinical and technical stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Clinical Content Validation (~50%)Review, analyze, and audit AI-generated medical documentation, clinical summaries, and patient notes across various medical specialties to ensure clinical accuracy and safetyQuickly master complex annotation guidelines to evaluate whether AI output mirrors the tone, structure, and quality expected of a human clinicianEnsure precise usage of complex medical terminology, abbreviations, and anatomical references within documentationPartner closely with data scientists, AI engineers, and fellow clinical SMEs to provide actionable feedback that drives product optimizationActively identify gaps or ambiguities in documentation guidelines and propose solutions to improve workflow and AI performanceProject & Delivery Coordination (~50%)Create and maintaluding schedules, delivery milestones, and resource allocationTrack and report project progress across internal and vendor teams, with quick flagging of blockers or risks to value deliveryManage day-to-day ticket workflow uring work is properly assigned, prioritized, and progressingServe as liaison between clinical and technical teams to ensure clear communication of priorities and expectationsSupport vendor relations in the development of workflows/SOPs and resolution of tooling needs or formatting errorsLead clinical team stand-upsMinimum Qualifications:Strong Medical Note-Writing Experience: Proven experience independently preparing, structuring, and documenting clinical notes (e.g., SOAP notes, H&Ps, progress notes)Medical Terminology Mastery: Comprehensive, fluent knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and clinical workflowsProject Coordination Experience: Demonstrated ability to manage timelines, track deliverables, and coordinate across teams (tools like Asana or similar)Fast Learner & Sharp Problem Solver: Ability to quickly digest new guidelines, adapt to workflow updates, and catch subtle clinical errors that others might missCommunication & Leadership Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate clinical nuances clearly to non-clinical technical teams and lead a group through daily stand-ups and priority-settingDesired Qualifications:Medical Scribing Experience: Prior experience as a Medical Scribe (or direct exposure to scribing workflows) is highly preferredSpecialty Experience: Background in any of the following is highly preferred (in priority order): Primary Care, , Oncology, Gastroenterology (GI), CardiologySalary Range:The salary for this position is between $85,000 - $90,000 annually.
