About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced IBM Maximo Consultant with strong expertise in IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and supporting Maximo applications while delivering scalable and efficient asset management solutions for enterprise environments.If you're passionate about enterprise asset management, automation, and delivering high-quality Maximo implementations, we'd love to connect with you!What You'll Work OnConfigure, customize, and support IBM Maximo applications based on business requirementsDevelop and customize MBOs (Maximo Business Objects) and business logicDesign, develop, and maintain BIRT Reports for operational and analytical reportingBuild and optimize Automation Scripts for process automation and workflow enhancementsTroubleshoot application issues and provide production supportWork closely with functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutionsDevelop integrations with enterprise systems using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) where applicablePerform testing, deployment, and documentation of Maximo enhancementsSkills & Expertise4–9 years of hands-on experience with IBM MaximoStrong expertise in IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM)Experience working with MBOs (Maximo Business Objects)Hands-on experience in BIRT Report DevelopmentStrong knowledge of Automation Scripts (Jython/JavaScript)Experience in Maximo configuration, customization, and workflowsGood understanding of Maximo Security Groups, Domains, and Application DesignerStrong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skillsExperience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF) is an added advantageMust HaveIBM MaximoMBOs (Maximo Business Objects)BIRT ReportsAutomation ScriptsGood to HaveMaximo Integration Framework (MIF)JavaSQLWebSphere / WebLogicIBM Maximo 7.6 / MAS ExperienceAsset Management Domain Knowledge
