In this critical, client-facing role, you will step in once a meeting is scheduled, review the specific job description and developer profile provided, and successfully navigate the interview process acting directly as the applicant to secure the position.Key ResponsibilitiesAttend scheduled remote client meetings, discovery calls, and interviews acting as the specific developer profile provided to you.Present the profile professionally, answering client queries regarding project experience, availability, and skills based strictly on the documentation provided to you.Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidence, and clear communication throughout the hiring pipeline.Required Skills & QualificationsAbsolute Bilingual Fluency: Must speak, read, and write English at a native or near-native level with an excellent professional vocabulary.Interview or Sales Experience: Proven experience handling corporate interviews, client-facing meetings, or high-level presentations.Tech Literacy: A solid understanding of IT and software development concepts to confidently discuss developer profiles (training on specific profiles will be provided).Professional Presence: Excellent communication skills, active listening, and the ability to think quickly under pressure during live video calls.Compensation & BenefitsHourly Rate: $30.00 to $60.00 USD per hour (negotiable based on your depth of experience and interview success rate).Location: 100% Fully Remote (Work from Home).Support: Full brief provided before every single meeting (including the specific job description, meeting link, and developer profile).
