🚀 At Heru, we are looking for our next wave of rock stars in the engineering team who will contribute with their expertise, experience, drive, and motivation to keep us as the preferred choice tech platform of tax and financial services for thousands of independent workers in Mexico and Latin America. 🚀 We are currently looking for a Sr. mobile engineer who understands what it takes to build outstanding products and has preferably worked within a fintech or a dynamic startup. The mobile engineers will use their understanding of programming languages and tools to analyze our current codebase, improve upon existing processes, come up with creative and smart solutions and create a more seamless experience for both our users and our internal team. 🚀 Responsibilities: ⚡ Analyze processes and data to generate solutions for problems and identify areas for improvement. ⚡ Deliver clean and expressive code that others can read and maintain. ⚡ Collaborate with the Backend team and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive solutions and products as well to enhance the user experience. ⚡ Collaborate with the product team by coming up and developing ideas for new features, tools, or products by monitoring industry developments and trends. ⚡ Record data and report it to proper parties, such as customers or leadership. ⚡ Participate in continuous education and training to remain updated on the best practices of software engineering. ⚡ Strong understanding of a product development cycle and programming techniques and tools. ⚡ Focus on efficiency, user experience, and process improvement. ⚡ Strong problem-solving skills.
