Avantor is looking for a communicative and detail-oriented Biological Data Collector to join our Clinical Operations team in Germany. This full-time onsite position in Kriftel, Germany, offers the opportunity to combine tech background with documentation skills to support the team in achieving their goals. The role involves managing inventory, processes, and maintenance of research materials, and requires strong data management, troubleshooting, and IT skills. The ideal candidate will have a professional qualification in a BTA/CTA related field or Biology/Biotechnology equivalent background, along with 1-2 years of working knowledge with instruments and equipment used in the Archives. Fluency in German and English is a plus, and an interest in logistics is ideal. Responsibilities include inspections, maintenance, documentation, and training of the Archives’ facilities, as well as managing equipment and handling, receiving, indexing, processing, and maintenance of research material and associated data. The role also involves coordinating with outside vendors for inspections and service, and keeping the Senior technical and lead – Biorepository informed of day-to-day progress.
