As a Multi Site Manager at Deliveroo, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of multiple retail locations in Milano. You will oversee assistant managers, ensure that all locations are running smoothly and efficiently, and support the business by improving systems and processes. Your role will involve achieving operational goals, meeting financial objectives, maintaining a safe work environment, maximizing store profitability, monitoring inventory levels, and acting as a people manager for all staff colleagues. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, 2+ years of management experience, proven team development and leadership skills, and proficiency in written and spoken English. Responsibilities: - Achieve operational goals by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews - Meet financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, and scheduling expenditures - Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures - Maximize the profitability of the stores by controlling costs and expenses, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions - Monitor inventory levels and purchases, and authorize clearance of damaged or defective merchandise - Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information - Act as a People Manager for all staff colleagues and support them throughout their organizational life cycle - Ensure that all employees receive proper training in their job duties and responsibilities - Motivate and inspire store staff to provide excellent customer service and meet sales goals
