Do you have the expertise to partner with the leadership team and drive the people agenda in an expansionary business? In this role, you will be responsible for implementing the end-to-end people agenda, supporting the leadership team in org design, talent management, and engagement agenda, and driving compliance activities on HR policies and employee relations cases. If you have 8 or more years of relevant HR experience, experience in working in a global matrix organization, and strong partner management skills, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities: - Lead all HR related activities in the India and Emerging Asia markets - Drive the people agenda in an expansionary business with constantly evolving landscape - Support the leadership team in org design, talent management, and engagement agenda - Implement end-to-end people agenda in IEA business - Coach and sparring partner for the General Manager, IEA and leadership team - Support the India site lead agenda including driving compliance activities on HR policies and employee relations cases
