- Engage and qualify leads: Call potential customers and educate them about solar energy solutions. - Schedule high-converting appointments for our sales team. - Manage and update the CRM with lead interactions (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). - Meet and exceed weekly/monthly targets: The more appointments you set, the more you earn. - Follow a proven script while adapting to customer needs to maximize conversions. Who You Are: - Experienced in appointment setting, sales, or telemarketing (1+ year preferred). - Excellent communicator. - Near-native English (C1+ level is a must). - Self-driven and competitive: You thrive on achieving and surpassing goals. - Comfortable using CRMs and sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). - Positive and coachable: You welcome feedback and turn it into results.
