We’re looking for a product-focused UI/UX Designer to lead the complete redesign of a real-time, multi-role mobile and web platform. The backend, feature logic, and user flows are mostly built — now we need a creative, detail-oriented designer to transform the product into a visually consistent, mobile-first, user-friendly experience.
You’ll work directly with the founder and development team to redesign the full app across iOS, Android, and web — building the design system, refining user flows, and helping ensure implementation aligns with your vision.
Responsibilities:
* Redesign the entire application UI across 3 user roles (mobile and web).
* Build and maintain a clean, scalable design system (preferably in Figma).
* Create mobile-first layouts, interaction models, and animations for:
* Membership flows.
* Wallet card designs.
* QR check-ins.
* Badge/achievement system.
* User pairing and discovery flows.
* Menus, dashboards, and notifications.
* Design clean admin/business dashboards with modern UX patterns.
* Deliver responsive mockups, prototypes, and animation specs to developers.
* Help audit and improve UX across onboarding, profile management, and live interactions.
* Work closely with developers to support pixel-perfect implementation.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience designing mobile and web applications.
* Strong portfolio of real-world app UI/UX work (preferably in consumer, social, or B2B SaaS).
* Proficient in Figma (or equivalent), component systems, and auto-layout.
* Deep understanding of mobile-first UX, responsive design, and accessibility.
* Experience working directly with developers to ship designs into production.
* Familiarity with systems like TailwindCSS, shadcn/ui, or React component design (big plus).
* Excellent communication and file organization.
* Can work independently, iterate quickly, and design with implementation in mind.
* Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment with founders and engineers.
Nice to have:
* Experience with real-time apps, gamified systems, or membership platforms.
* Animation prototyping (Framer, Motion, Lottie, or Figma interactive specs).
* Experience with multi-role systems (admin vs. user vs. staff) is a bonus.
