About Autoworklet: Autoworklet helps companies automate their "point and click" workflows and KPIs through a proprietary automation platform. Our platform blends low-code automation with light Python scripting to deliver custom business logic for each client quickly and reliably. We're growing fast and looking for a hands-on Automation Engineer to help us build, test, and maintain automations for new customers. What You'll Do * Collaborate directly with customers to understand their workflows and map processes. * Translate customer requirements into automation logic. * Demonstrate and test workflows using Autoworklet's automation platform. * Write Python code to configure automation logic or integrate APIs. * Monitor and troubleshoot automations to ensure reliable performance. * Work closely with internal teams to improve deployment efficiency and scalability. What We're Looking For * 2+ years of professional experience in a technical role. * Strong Python programming skills. * Experience with APIs, scripting, and software testing. * Strong problem-solving and workflow design abilities. * Experience leveraging AI coding tools for code generation, including effective prompting. * Excellent English, both spoken and written. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Comfortable being customer-facing. * Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
