We are seeking a QA Test Automation Engineer to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of our next-generation agentic AI platform powering intelligent voice and text-based virtual agents across multiple industries. In this role, you will design and implement automation frameworks, validate conversational and AI-driven systems, and collaborate with engineering and product teams to deliver a robust, scalable, and high-performing voice-first experience. This is a hands-on position for a QA professional passionate about automation, AI systems, and voice technology.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks for backend APIs, front-end systems, and voice agent components (ASR/TTS/NLU).
* Build and execute automated test suites covering functional, integration, regression, performance, and load testing.
* Validate AI and LLM behavior, including intent recognition accuracy, response quality, and overall user experience.
* Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar).
* Debug issues in distributed systems involving WebSockets, message queues, and microservices.
* Develop and maintain documentation: test plans, test cases, bug reports, and quality dashboards.
* Conduct exploratory testing for edge cases in agentic AI and voice-first systems.
* Participate in agile ceremonies including planning, retrospectives, and QA process improvement sessions.

* Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI).
* Strong understanding of TDD, shift-left testing, and defect lifecycle management.
* Excellent analytical and debugging skills in synchronous and asynchronous systems.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience testing voice technologies such as ASR, TTS, SIP, WebRTC, or Twilio.
* Exposure to AI/LLM-powered systems, including prompt validation and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen).
* Knowledge of event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pub/Sub).
* Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, k6, Locust).
* Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools (Datadog, Prometheus, New Relic).
* Background in containerized environments using Docker or Kubernetes.
* Previous experience in startups or SaaS/PaaS environments.
