Your role at HostingerROLE in the affiliate marketing team. As part of Hostinger's affiliates team, you'll be responsible for shaping VPS product growth & strategy across the affiliates team. In this role, you'll collaborate closely with the affiliates team, head of VPS marketing and VPS marketing squad.Your dar-to-dayDrive the growth of the VPS Hosting affiliate and partnership channel through strategic planning.Negotiate and manage partnership terms while exploring new business opportunities and emerging technologies.Build strong, long-term partnerships with affiliates and partners, driving sustainable growth and mutual success.Contribute to OKRs, bringing data-driven ideas and creative solutions to grow channel performance.Work cross-functionally with marketing and VPS squads to align strategy, share insights, and turn growth ideas into impactful initiatives.Track and analyze key metrics (CPA,ROAS, LTV, ROI) to continuously improve campaign efficiency and partner results.Use analytics and AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, HubSpot AI, n8n, Amplitude) to research markets, automate workflows, generate insights, and optimize performance.Your skills and experience3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or B2B sales within SaaS, hosting, or tech environments.Analytical and proactive, with a hands-on, growth-focused mindset.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a focus on long-term partnerships.Strong understanding of VPS hosting technologies and ability to translate technical concepts into growth opportunities.Confident working with analytics and CRM tools (e.g., Amplitude, Tableau, TUNE, Impact Radius, HubSpot, or Google Sheets) to track and interpret performance metrics.Experienced in setting and working with KPI and OKR frameworks to measure impact and drive performance.Fluent in English (C1+); additional languages are a plus.Benefits for you🚀 360 Growth: We provide limitless learning opportunities: access to platforms like Reforge and Couch Hub, global conferences, physical and digital libraries, feedback culture, and mentoring through TesoXchange.
