Requirements and responsibilities

Tech Firefly is teaming up with a multinational telecommunications company to hire an AWS Architect. As an AWS Architect you will be part of a team migrating Genesys CC to AWS. The job requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, 5+ years of experience in AWS architecture, design, implementation and management, and 15+ years of total engineering experience. The candidate must have a minimum of AWS Solution Architect-Associate Certification and hands on experience with Integration experience preferably Genesys CC to AWS. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with clients and different teams within our organization to design, implement and deploy scalable and secure AWS infrastructure solutions. - Develop, implement and maintain automation solutions to streamline operational processes and reduce manual intervention. - Plan, deploy, update and monitor AWS applications and services. - Work with Development teams to design and deploy cloud native applications appropriately. - Take ownership of infrastructure security and integrity by defining and implementing access, backup and recovery procedures. - Maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) templates and configuration management repositories. - Continuously review system performance and perform capacity planning activities.
