Aftersales Compliance Manager at INEOS Automotive

The Aftersales Compliance Manager will be responsible for the implementation, management and aggregation of reports necessary to comply with local and federal regulatory requirements in the United States, Canada and Mexico. This individual will be responsible for analysis of multiple data points, including both open and closed repair orders, customer complaints, warranty claims and technical bulletins in order to evaluate the Grenadier’s market performance and strategy. Responsibilities: - Setup, manage and monitor regulatory reporting - Retail Partner support - Assist global warranty team in the development and maintenance of warranty reporting improvement - Provide regulatory and compliance training to key stakeholders - Identification of wider product issues and contingency plan roll-out - Customer communications
