You'll be working directly with the founders and hiring managers to deliver impactful recruiting outcomes across multiple departments. Position Overview: We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Recruiter to own the full hiring process across a range of technical and non-technical roles. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and guiding both candidates and clients through a fast-moving hiring process. This is a great fit for someone who thrives in a high-accountability, low-bureaucracy environment. Key Responsibilities: Source Top Talent Proactively identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates aligned to client role criteria. Deliver a minimum of 5 vetted, qualified candidates per role per week. Maintain Clear Client Communication Establish and uphold a consistent communication cadence with clients. Provide timely updates and insights on candidate pipeline, role progress, and next steps. Report and Advance Every Search Daily Log daily status updates and actions for all active searches. Identify and communicate next steps, blockers, and required resources to move roles forward. Own Administrative Execution Manage or delegate all supporting tasks, including job postings, engagement letters, deposits, and CRM tracking. Ensure 100% accuracy and timeliness in documentation. Drive Searches to Close Manage the full lifecycle of each search from engagement through placement. Meet or exceed benchmarks for time-to-present and time-to-close. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment. Strong written and verbal English communication. Proven ability to source and engage candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and networks. Experience managing multiple roles and priorities simultaneously. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, lean environment. Nice-to-Haves: Previous experience hiring for startups or remote-first companies. Familiarity with ATS tools (e.g., Workable, Lever, Greenhouse, etc.). Background in tech or product recruitment. Experience hiring across global markets. Strong reporting and process optimization skills.
