Requirements and responsibilities


We are currently looking for a dedicated, solutions-oriented, and compassionate Account Manager to streamline our daily operations. The Account Manager will work closely with our team, connecting with contractors, maintaining constant communication with maintenance supervisors, scheduling new jobs, and managing invoices using our finance application tool. Duties and Responsibilities: * Check-in with contractors at 7:30 am via WhatsApp to ensure they are headed to the job site. * Be available to receive inbound calls for quick resolutions for any arising issues from contractors or within the team. * Act as a liaison between the team and maintenance supervisors regarding ongoing work on the job site. * Submit invoices by 11 am using the Riviera Finance application tool. * Schedule new jobs and collaborate with contractors to carry out the work. Skills and Qualifications: * Experience: Experience in an administrative or assistant role with a strong demonstration of integrity, respect, humility, and solution-oriented mindset is preferred. * Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective collaboration with team members, contractors, and maintenance supervisors. * Fluent in English and Spanish. * Software: Proficient in Gmail, Excel, WhatsApp, and phone dialling systems.
