Let's get this out of the way:
If you are not comfortable and confident negotiating a $1.000.000 deal remotely with the CEO of a much larger company, please do not apply.
Those deals do not come by every they, but you have to be solvent and solid to exploit them when they do.
From now on, we'll evaluate you for that type of situation.
Must-haves:
- Your English must be FLAWLESS.
- 4 years of experience in similar positions.
- 1 year of experience working remotely and autonomously.
- Comfortable working 100% remotely, managing your schedule, priorities, and strategy without direct supervision.
- Able to take calls from 8 a.m. EST to 6 p.m. PST (not continuously available).
We also value
- Desire to grow and become a top producer for the company.
- Ability to paint before and after scenarios persuasively for prospects.
- Maintaining strong internal communication: update CRM, document processes, ask for help when needed, share insights with your team, etc.
- Initiative to start the conversation, instead of waiting for the right time or opportunity to come to you.
Our team works remotely and autonomously. You need to have experience managing yourself.
What's in it for me
• Fixed salary + juicy d commissions.
• Monthly bonus: if you meet your personal goals and/or team goals.
• Freedom: flexible hours and work from anywhere.
• 3 weeks off + US holidays.
• We don't do perks, we pay well and reward top performers exponentially. You choose how to spend your own money.
THE JOB
We are a young company with high growth goals, and you will work in a fast-paced environment where changes happen constantly and there’s always a bit of chaos. We expect you to take the initiative to get things done, be creative, try new things, and amplify your successes by sharing your findings with your team.
You’ll need to become a product and industry expert.
You will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients and responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities through proactive outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, video, phone, etc.), listening to and understanding each prospect’s individual goals and challenges.
You should leverage the best-in-class sales tech (i.e., Zoho, Apollo, Loom, Sales Navigator, etc.).
You will research and build new accounts through rigorous outbound calling efforts and by creating/executing strategic emails and messaging.
- Outbound Examples: study rooms for universities, office and meeting rooms for companies, booths for clubs, vacation rental managers, etc.
Other responsibilities:
- Taking inbound and scheduled sales calls; understanding their needs, making recommendations, and instructing the next steps.
- Taking introductory calls to qualify potential new clients and consulting with them.
- Following up with old leads you spoke to and moving them forward.
- Keeping an organized schedule to maximize your workflow.
- Documenting and improving sales processes, best practices, arguments, and training content.
- Developing a smart follow-up strategy (not “just checking in”).
