Key Responsibilities:
• Identify & onboard new clients for IT staffing services
• Build relationships with US clients, MSPs & vendors
• Coordinate with recruitment teams to fulfill client needs
• Generate leads via cold calls, LinkedIn, & networking
• Negotiate terms & close business deals
Requirements:
✅ 2+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably IT staffing)
✅ Knowledge of US staffing models (C2C, W2, 1099)
✅ Proven ability to generate leads & close deals
✅ Excellent communication skills
✅ Comfortable with US shifts
