PagerDuty is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join the dynamic and customer-focused team in London. The Account Executive will report to the Enterprise Sales Director and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive pipeline generation within both new and existing customers. The role involves engaging, influencing, and fostering relationships with individuals at various levels within organizations, leading a cross-functional account team, and maintaining hyper focus on identifying pain in a customer’s environment. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of software sales experience, the ability to prospect and build pipeline independently, and experience leading large and complex sales cycles within the Global 2000. Advanced knowledge around DevOps/ITops/Observability/Automation and familiarity with MEDDIC and Command of the message are preferred qualifications.
