Market Researcher at Sourcestack

* Contractor. * Flexible part-time schedule (5-20 hours per week) * $5-6 per hour. * Paid project ($20) as part of the interview and hiring process. * Remote work (must be available for occasional calls during EST working hours) * Experience in search engine optimization (SEO) and web research is helpful but not required. About the role We are hiring a market researcher to investigate the use of various recruiting software. Your goal is to identify URL patterns for different software providers that host job information, known as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). For example, the ATS company Zoho offers Zoho Recruit, a platform where recruiters create and manage job postings and applicants. The goal is to find the URLs where those jobs are posted. In this example, Serpe is a company using Zoho for its job creation and application process. Therefore, the URL pattern Zoho uses for its customers is likely Zohorecruit/jobs. Finding these job URLs is the primary responsibility. If the fit is good, we will offer as much work as you want and allow you to set your own hours. The ideal candidate: * Is capable. * Is ambitious. * Proactively communicates questions and blockers. * Is familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT. About the paid project The first step in the interview process is a $20 paid project with a 4-hour time limit. This project demonstrates the kind of work you will do after hiring. You will use Google, AI tools, and web traffic data providers to research recruiting software URLs. We will provide a list of 4 working examples, and you will complete 4 more on your own. An example video will also be provided. You are encouraged to submit your work before the time limit. If the project is not finished after 4 hours, please submit your work at that time.
