Job Title: ABA RecruiterJob Type: Full-Time, Remote - South AfricaWorking Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST)Salary: South African Rand (ZAR)Key ResponsibilitiesActively source and recruit qualified ABA professionals, including BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical staff.Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates through proactive outreach, networking, and industry platforms.Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.Collaborate with hiring managers and clinical leadership to understand hiring needs and job requirements.Manage and update candidate tracking and recruitment databases efficiently.Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top ABA talent in a competitive market.Meet and exceed recruitment targets while ensuring a positive candidate experience.RequirementsPrevious experience recruiting ABA professionals or within healthcare/behavioral health sectors preferred.Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking groups.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities effectively.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.Ability to work independently and remotely during US business hours.BenefitsComfortable working U.S. hoursRemote work from homeFraud Disclaimer: ReWorks Solutions will never request payment during recruitment or require in-person office visits.
