Requirements and responsibilities

Responsibilities: - Design and produce a variety of marketing materials, including brochures, magazines, newsletters, and digital assets. - Create visually compelling graphics for social media, websites, and email campaigns. - Collaborate closely with 1–2 clients to understand brand voice, goals, and project needs. - Translate ideas and concepts into polished, high-quality designs. - Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. - Ensure consistency across all branding and visual communications. - Prepare files for print and digital distribution. - Incorporate feedback and revisions in a timely and professional manner. What We’re Looking For: - Strong creative eye with attention to detail and layout design. - Ability to bring fresh ideas and innovative concepts to projects. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and/or Canva. - Experience designing both print and digital materials. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients. - Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently. - Reliable with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality. - Comfortable balancing direction with creative freedom. Work Style & Environment: - Opportunity to work with a small, focused client base (1–2 clients). - Flexible schedule with part-time or project-based workload. - Hybrid preferred (in-office collaboration when needed). - Ideal for someone who enjoys both structured projects and creative exploration.
