Working closely with the ERP lead, the Technical Business Analyst (BA) will facilitate requirement gathering and workflow design. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of Oracle Fusion expertise, financial systems knowledge, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.Tasks & DeliverablesCollaborate with ERP lead, to gather and document detailed business requirements.Design and optimize workflows to meet business objectives with Oracle Fusion.Identify and analyze current implementation gaps and recommend improvement strategies.Collaborate with different regions to ensure seamless integration and implementation across borders.Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding.Engagement DetailsCommitment type: Full-timeDuration: 6-12 months, with potential for extension based on project needs.Location: Remote; requires at least 4 hours of overlap with US Eastern Time (ET) business hours.RequirementsRequired SkillsDemonstrated expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP systems.Strong understanding of financial systems and processes.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to work in agile environments and with cross-functional teams.Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.Nice-to-have SkillsPrior experience working in startups or rapidly evolving environments.Knowledge of additional ERP systems or financial software.Experience supporting large-scale implementations across multiple regions.
