Our unique work environment offers an opportunity for the "self-starter" with unlimited growth potential. The CEO's Executive Assistants are responsible for providing high-level administrative, scheduling, and operational support to Opal Group’s CEO. The primary objective of this role is to help manage daily priorities, maintain organization and follow-through, coordinate communications and logistics, and support the CEO in staying aligned with business and operational commitments.This role requires strong organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistent communication and attention to detail.Job Type: FT International ConsultantCompensation: $1,200 - $1,500 USD per monthLocation: RemoteImportant: Only ENGLISH resumes and cover letters will be considered.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, coordinate appointments, and maintain daily scheduling prioritiesCoordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, transportation, and related logisticsDraft, edit, and manage emails, letters, reports, presentations, and other business communications on behalf of the CEOAssist with coordinating client calls, meetings, and follow-up communicationsCommunicate professionally with clients, vendors, and internal team members on behalf of the CEO as neededTrack tasks, deadlines, and ongoing projects to help ensure timely follow-through and organization across prioritiesPrepare and organize reports, spreadsheets, summaries, and other administrative documentsMaintain organized records, files, and confidential documentationAssist with expense tracking, financial documentation, and coordination with the accounting team as neededCoordinate administrative logistics, appointments, and scheduling needs related to executive operationsSupport internal communication and information flow across departments as directedHandle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgmentProvide general administrative and operational support to the CEO and executive office as neededFlexibility to respond to occasional urgent matters outside standard business hours is requiredQualifications:Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative support role is preferredAdvanced English skills in verbal and written communication are requiredStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyProfessional, polished, and diplomatic communication skillsHigh attention to detail with strong follow-through and accountabilityAbility to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive informationProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPointComfortable learning and working within new software systems and digital toolsAbility to work independently and remain highly responsive in a remote work environmentSelf-motivated and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced settingBenefits & Work Environment:At Opal Group, we value our team members and offer a comprehensive and supportive work culture.
