This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building robust test automation frameworks, designing scalable performance testing strategies, and integrating quality practices directly into CI/CD workflows.What Success Looks Like in the First 30 DaysThe ideal candidate will quickly assess the current automation and performance testing landscape and begin delivering measurable improvements.
