On behalf of Connecteam, SD Solutions is looking for a talented Call Scheduler to engage with existing paying customers proactively.In this role, you will make outbound follow-up calls to active customers, build relationships, offer free training sessions, and help them maximize the value of the Connecteam platform. You will act as a helpful guide, ensuring customers feel supported and discover new ways to use the system effectively for their daily operations.SD Solutions is a staffing company operating globally. Contact us to get more details about the benefits we offer.Responsibilities:Make outbound follow-up calls (15-minute sessions) to offer free training sesions.Maintain accurate daily reporting: calls made, meetings booked, qualified vs unqualified opportunitiesWork closely with the Customer Success team for smooth handoffs and escalationsWorking hours: 9 AM – 6 PM Central Time (CST) — requiredRequirements:Spotless/fluent English — non-negotiable (excellent spoken English is mandatory)Strong willingness to work hard with a high volume of outbound calls dailyConfident, positive, and customer-oriented communication styleAbility to explain things clearly to non-technical usersHighly disciplined and organizedAll other skills (product knowledge, sales techniques, etc.) can be taughtWorking hours: 9 AM – 6 PM Central Time (CST) — requiredAbout the company:Connecteam is a SaaS platform designed to help non-technical, frontline businesses manage their workforce in one place.
