Requirements and responsibilities

We are a fast-growing criminal defense law firm seeking a Video Content Producer to take ownership of our video content—from concept to final edit.This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and is responsible for ensuring that all recording sessions are properly planned, organized, and executed efficiently.What You’ll DoPlan and organize weekly video content (topics, formats, and ideas)Develop hooks and talking points prior to filmingCoordinate recording sessions so attorneys are prepared and ready to filmEdit short-form video content (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts)Transform raw footage into engaging, high-retention videosRepurpose long-form recordings into multiple short-form clipsContinuously improve content quality, structure, and performanceRequirementsWhat We’re Looking ForExperience in video editing and content creationStrong understanding of hooks, pacing, and viewer retentionAbility to manage projects from concept through executionOrganized, proactive, and highly detail-orientedStrong English communication skillsBonusExperience working with founders, attorneys, or personal brandsExperience creating short-form or social-first contentFamiliarity with high-trust industries (legal, finance, etc.)How to Apply (Required)Important: All CVs and portfolios must be submitted in English to ensure they can be properly reviewed by our team.
