About the jobWe are looking for experienced end to end recruiters to join our internal team and help fulfill our clients' requirements.Ideally, we need someone who has about 3 years of recruitment focusing on Technical Roles and Executive Roles as well as someone who has done volume hiring for BPO Agents of different types for different locations.Must have done both sourcing and interview (end to end).Someone who has used job boards like LinkedIn, Indeed, Monster, Bossjobs, Jobstreet and much on Social Media for the agenta.This person has to be very resourceful and creating in finding leads.What we offerBasic Salary of up to 25K monthlyCommissions that is unlimited based on performanceHMO upon regularizationTwice a year company paid team building (out of town)
