From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world.What you'll do at Figma:Contribute to overall strategy and decision-making about product directionHelp deliver and refine clear storytelling around product needs and opportunitiesWork cross-functionally with product management, engineering, design, and research peersCreate and iterate on flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals, as well as provide thoughtful feedback for others doing the same so you can all do your best workDesign and ship high-quality product improvementsContribute to our design org’s culture by participating in design critiques, mentoring peers, and sharing best practices across teamsWe’re looking for seasoned product designers who:Have 3+ years of work experience designing UX and UI for a software product of similar scale and complexityHave great attention to detail and a strong eye for visual craft, such as composition, typography, and layoutHave fluency in interaction design and prototyping, to express and refine nuanced design decisionsHave a track record of independently driving design processes from discovery through launch—balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goalsCan guide decision-making with structured thinking, clearly articulated rationale, and user-centered researchHave experience designing for multiple user types (e.g., individual users, admins, buyers) or across product tiersAre familiar with experimentation, metrics, or using data to inform design decisionsAdded plus (not required):Experience designing in growth, monetization, or enterprise environmentsA generative mindset and excitement for uncovering new opportunities across the product ecosystemCompensation & Pay Transparency DisclosureIf based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below. Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range.Annual Base Salary Range: $169,000 - $303,000 USDBenefitsFigma offers equity to employees, as well a competitive package of additional benefits, including health, dental & vision, retirement with company contribution, parental leave & reproductive or family planning support, mental health & wellness benefits, generous PTO, company recharge days, a learning & development stipend, a work from home stipend, and cell phone reimbursement.
