Schedule: - Full-time. Hours: - Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Compensation: - Up to COP $3,200,000 per month (C2C Contract). English Level: - C1 Level (90%). Openings: - 1. Responsibilities: - Support clients throughout their admissions process. - Manage documentation and information accurately and efficiently. - Maintain clear, professional, and empathetic communication. - Coordinate and monitor administrative processes. - Ensure a positive and efficient experience for every client. Requirements: - Advanced English (C1) with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Experience in customer service, admissions, administrative coordination, or similar roles. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. - Proactive attitude, service-oriented, and problem-solving skills. - Availability to work on-site in Medellín.
