Requirements and responsibilities


We are a growing SaaS company (ROASForm.com) building a high converting form and calendar platform that integrates directly with GoHighLevel. Who We Are Looking For: - A sharp, client-facing team member who can handle customer calls, onboarding, and technical support. - Someone who speaks both marketing and tech fluently. What You Will Do: - Jump on calls with customers for onboarding, demos, troubleshooting, and check-ins. - Investigate and resolve bugs and technical issues reported by users. - Guide customers through setup, integrations, and best practices. - Be the go-to person customers interact with, being friendly, fast, and knowledgeable. Required Experience: - Be extremely knowledgeable about GoHighLevel (workflows, automations, sub-accounts). - Technical knowledge of webhooks, UTM parameters, Meta Pixel setup, and Zapier/Make automations. - Real marketing experience, understanding funnels (VSL funnels, schedule-call funnels), paid ads / media buying, and being able to speak the language (split tests, CPA, ROAS, CPL, CTR, etc.). - Excellent English communication skills, as you will be on video calls with customers regularly. - A problem-solving mindset, comfortable digging into technical issues and figuring things out. Bonus Points: - Experience with form/survey tools like Typeform, Jotform, or similar. - Background in SaaS customer success or technical support with GHL. - Experience with paid ads platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads). Compensation: - Part-time to start, with potential to grow into full-time. - Flexible hours. - $7 to $15 per hour depending on experience.
