Applications from any of these states can not be considered.Compensation:$121,252 to $154,291 based on number of years of experienceRole Overview:The Full Stack Developer is a key technical contributor responsible for architecting, building, and maintaining robust, scalable web applications across the full technology stack. This role works at the intersection of product innovation and engineering excellence — collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that drive business value. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise alongside a passion for research and development, continuously exploring emerging technologies and contributing to the evolution of our platform.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable web applications and APIs across the full stack — from database schema to UI componentsCreate AI applications where appropriate to enhance the businessLead architectural decisions and code reviews, ensuring high standards for maintainability, security, and performanceParticipate actively in R&D efforts: evaluate new technologies, build proof-of-concept prototypes, and contribute findings to engineering roadmap discussionsCollaborate with product and design teams during sprint planning and discovery sessions to shape technical solutionsOptimize application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements across front-end and back-end systemsWrite comprehensive unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure software reliabilityContribute to internal technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and R&D reportsMentor junior developers through pair programming, code reviews, and knowledge-sharing sessionsStay current with industry trends and proactively recommend tooling or process improvementsParticipate in on-call rotation and support incident response as neededRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a closely related field.5+ years of professional full stack development experience in a tech/software environment2+ years of experience participating in or leading R&D projects, including prototyping and technical evaluationDemonstrated experience with agile/scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelinesFront-end: Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)Back-end: Strong experience with server-side languages such as Node.js, Python, Java, or GoDatabases: Solid understanding of both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databasesCloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), Docker, and KubernetesAPIs: Deep knowledge of RESTful API design;
