Requirements and responsibilities


Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Leadership: - Design and lead the full marketing and sales strategy for U.S.-facing audiences. - Build, manage, and mentor the marketing and sales team. - Set KPIs, track performance, and report results to ownership. - Own the full marketing and sales calendar — campaigns, launches, promotions. Outbound Marketing: - Plan and execute outbound campaigns: SMS/text message marketing, cold email sequences, and call campaigns targeting U.S. audiences. - Build and segment contact lists. - Manage automation flows in GoHighLevel (GHL). - Optimize lead generation pipelines and conversion funnels. Social Media & Content Growth: - Grow and manage company's YouTube channel, Instagram, and other social platforms — with focus on American audiences (not Latin American). - Define content strategy, posting cadence, and engagement tactics. - Collaborate with creative team on video production and visual quality. Project Management: - Coordinate tasks and workflows using ClickUp or Trello. - Manage multiple simultaneous projects, deadlines, and deliverables. - Ensure consistency, quality, and on-time execution across all campaigns. Creative Direction: - Provide art direction guidance — you know what a good video and a good design look like. - Review and approve visual content before it goes live. - Maintain high aesthetic and brand standards across all channels. Requirements: Non-Negotiable: - Verifiable experience working with the U.S. market (American clients, audience, or companies). - Fluent English — spoken and written at a professional or native level. - Proven experience managing a team — must have led at least 2–3 people. - Proven experience with outbound marketing: SMS campaigns, email sequences, call campaigns. - Experience managing or growing YouTube and/or Instagram for English-speaking audiences. - Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) or demonstrated ability to onboard quickly. - Experience with ClickUp or Trello for project management. - Available Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST, plus some Saturdays. Strongly Preferred: - Experience creating or overseeing marketing strategy — not just executing tasks. - Good eye for video aesthetics and visual design (Canva, CapCut, or similar). - Strong charisma and interpersonal skills — this role requires client-facing and team communication. - Background in both marketing AND sales — hybrid profile strongly valued.
