Our in-house creative team produces thousands of human-first ads every month, all designed to drive efficient and scalable growth.Creative is the core of our edge. We test aggressively, move fast, and treat design as a performance lever—not just an aesthetic one.The roleAs a Static Ad Designer, you’ll be responsible for designing high-performing static ads for paid social channels, primarily Meta. You’ll work closely with creative strategists, media buyers, and account teams to turn concepts into scroll-stopping assets that drive measurable results.This role is ideal for a designer who moves fast, thinks in systems, and is excited by performance feedback. You’ll be producing at high volume, iterating quickly based on data, and scale accounts with your assets.ResponsibilitiesDesign static ads for paid social (primarily Meta: Facebook & Instagram)Translate creative concepts into clear, compelling visual executionsProduce multiple variations per concept to support testing and iterationCollaborate with creative strategists to refine layouts and messagingIterate on designs based on performance data and feedbackMaintain brand consistency while adapting designs for performance needsOrganize and manage design files for efficient handoff and reuseStay current on paid social design trends and best practicesRequirements2–5 years of graphic design experience (performance marketing or agency experience preferred)Strong portfolio demonstrating static ad design for paid socialProficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and/or IllustratorAbility to design quickly without sacrificing clarity or qualityStrong understanding of hierarchy, typography, and compositionStrong attention to detail and organization(Must) Experience designing ads for DTC, mobile apps, or SaaS(Must) Familiarity with Meta ad specs and formatsBenefitsFull-time, remote roleCompetitive compensation based on experiencePerformance-based bonusAnnual team offsites (previous trips include Tulum, Mexico and Hokkaido, Japan)
