Requirements and responsibilities
Role Overview:
- Recruit and coordinate two additional people to form a local 3-person team.
- On match days, move around key city areas and distribute Ticombo flyers with QR discount codes to football fans.
- This is not a sales role. The goal is to distribute QR codes in high-traffic fan areas and help Ticombo build visibility.
- One person from the team will wear Ticombo's Punka costume.
- Ticombo provides flyers, QR codes, basic guidelines, and the costume.
- Complete 2 extra paid work days to support local bar deals and material distribution.
- Help identify and contact sports bars or fan-friendly bars.
- Support possible agreements to place Ticombo advertising materials.
- Deliver Ticombo coasters and table cards with QR codes to approved bars.
- Ticombo will print and ship materials to each city.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and coordinate two reliable people.
- Lead the local team.
- Distribute Ticombo QR discount flyers in high-traffic fan areas.
- Make sure one person wears the Punka costume.
- Take a few simple photos/videos as proof of work.
- Complete 2 extra paid days to support bar deals and distribute coasters/table cards.
Compensation:
- Match days: USD 300 per match day for the full 3-person team.
- Commission: 1% on every sale generated through the team's QR code or discount link.
- Extra work: Additional USD 200 for the City Captain only, covering 2 extra work days at USD 100/day.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Based in or near one of the World Cup 2026 host cities.
- Reliable, organized, and able to coordinate a small team.
- Available on all match days in their city.
- Able to work independently and report basic updates to a remote team.
