No on-site attendance is required.About This RoleWe are hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a high-volume recruiting team during a period of elevated hiring demand. This is a fully remote, front-end recruiting role focused on sourcing, screening, and pipeline management across multiple active requisitions. You will work directly with senior recruiters and hiring managers to move candidates efficiently from discovery to first interview. This is not a full-cycle position. The ideal candidate is organized, fast-moving, and experienced supporting multiple open roles at once.Key ResponsibilitiesSource qualified candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, and Boolean search strategies across multiple assigned requisitionsReview inbound applications and screen resumes against defined job criteria; provide clear pass or pursue recommendations to senior recruitersConduct structured phone screens to assess candidate qualifications, availability, compensation expectations, and interest levelManage all candidate communication including outreach, follow-up, and status updates throughout the pipelineCoordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiting team membersMaintain accurate candidate records and dispositions in the ATS; ensure data integrity across all assigned requisitionsSupport job posting administration and requisition tracking across job boards and internal systemsAssist with special sourcing projects as assigned by senior recruiters or recruiting leadershipRequired Qualifications2 or more years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR coordinationHands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or a comparable sourcing platformWorking knowledge of at least one ATS platform such as Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, or similarStrong written communication skills for candidate outreach, follow-up, and status messagingDemonstrated ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously and prioritize workload effectivelyHigh attention to detail and commitment to accurate data entry and ATS hygienePreferred QualificationsPrior experience in a staffing agency, RPO, or high-volume recruiting environmentExposure to technical, manufacturing, finance, life sciences, or professional services recruitingProficiency with Boolean search strings and advanced sourcing techniquesExperience with Indeed, ZipRecruiter, or other job board platformsComfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-client or multi-requisition settingWhat to ExpectFully remote position; work from anywhere in the United StatesContract or temporary engagement with potential for extension based on business needFast-paced, collaborative team environment with clear ownership and directionDirect coordination with senior recruiters and hiring managers across multiple functionsEmphasis on speed, quality, and communication throughout the candidate experience
